Проблема решена! Помогла техподдержка myomron. Все дело в CX- Server.
Внимание на второй пункт...
Вот что они ответили:
1) First please can you get the customer to do an analyse application from CX-Supervisor developer and use performance monitor in runtime. They can see if communications or other considerations could cause problems

4) On the developer machine, delete the *.cdm file, then re-start CX-Supervisor developer. This will regenerate the CDM file in case it has some corruption problems
Notes: Windows 7 64 bit should be fine, you will not need compatibility mode - I use this all the time.
